Bauer Media appoints Jo Baldwin as Digital Commercial Director

Bauer Media UK, home to multi-platform brands including heat, KISS FM UK, Grazia, Empire, Magic and Absolute Radio, has announced the promotion of Jo Baldwin to Digital Commercial Director, Bauer Media, to lead increased digital and commercial opportunities across the company.

Baldwin will be responsible for driving the growth of non-traditional digital revenues, supporting the digitalisation of the sales teams and the development of new digital products across Bauer Media, encompassing online, mobile, social, premium rate telephony and co-promotions. She also takes responsibility for the Bauer ticketing service Aloud.com, working with promoters to leverage and deliver revenues for Bauer Media within the live entertainment market.

Baldwin joined Bauer Media in May 2007 as Online Commercial Manager, moved to become Sales Director of Rock FM in 2009 and was promoted to Digital Commercial Director, Bauer Radio in 2011. During that time, she has played a lead role in increasing radio digital and development revenues , as well as creating and launching new revenue streams such as radio offers, Bauer’s mobile inventory partnership and the recently-launched stand-alone dating site, flirtify.co.uk.

Jo will take up her role as Digital Commercial Director, Bauer Media with immediate effect.
