Sunday Times’ Style Magazine to Publish Largest Ever Issue

The Sunday Times’ Style magazine is releasing its biggest ever issue this Sunday 14th September with 172 perfect bound pages and over £1m in ad revenue, up 8% on last year.

The Autumn Big Fashion issue, featuring Carolyn Murphy on the front cover, contains 85 pages of ads from a who’s who of luxury fashion and beauty brands who want to reach Style’s 1.4m plus weekly readers, says The Sunday Times.

Advertisers include Louis Vuitton as an inside front cover double page spread and the outside back is Dior. The running order of opening bank of 10 spreads is De Beers, Gucci, Prada, Versace, Marc Jacobs, Armani, Bottega Veneta, Chloe, Mulberry and Tom Ford.

The magazine sees the total number of advertisers increase by 10% and the total number of ad pages increase by 15% from last year.

News UK recently commissioned research, conducted by YouGov, into the trends, behaviour and attitudes of luxury consumers. The research’s key findings confirm that The Sunday Times should be the first choice for any luxury fashion or beauty brand wanting to reach a weekly high end demographic as its readers are 56% more likely than the UK population to own a luxury item of clothing and twice as likely to be looking to purchase one in the next 12 months, say the publishers.

The Autumn Big Fashion Issue will be distributed at London Fashion Week and is one of a series of fashion-focused issues spanning the month of September, highlighting Style’s commitment to producing a weekly fashion and beauty “bible”.
