XpertHR launches Live Chat

XpertHR UK has launched its Live Chat facility, the first RBI brand to provide this service to its customers and visitors.

The team has launched the service so that UK customers can now chat live to XpertHR’s customer service team via the web, getting live sales and support in real time, says RBI.

XpertHR UK’s Customer Success Team Manager Shannon Hyson, who led the initiative said: “With live sales and live support chat services maturing into useful tools, the credibility of the service has increased. The launch of live chat will enhance the communication options available to our UK customers and prospects ensuring that no matter how they choose to reach out, a member of the XpertHR team is always available."
