Adestra and PPA launch email benchmarking survey

The first Adestra and PPA Publishing Email Benchmarking Survey is now live.

The PPA and Adestra are encouraging all publishing professionals to make their opinions known for the first such survey in the UK. Closing date is 7th October.

The survey is live now.

This new bi-annual survey aims to provide the publishing industry with some key benchmarks and metrics for all types of publishers across the UK. All entrants will receive a complimentary copy of the full findings.

The survey takes about 10 minutes to complete, yet it covers many key areas: not just open and click-through rates, but barriers to effective marketing, best practice techniques, social media integration and mobile.

All answers will be treated in the strictest of confidence, says the PPA and Adestra, and will under no circumstances be linked back to any personal information provided, or be passed on to any third parties in accordance with the Market Research Society code of conduct and the Data Protection Act 1998. Entrants will also not be marketed to as a result of completing this survey.
