Adestra strengthens support team

Email Service Provider Adestra has announced it has further strengthened its client support team with the appointment of five new employees.

To support Adestra’s existing client base and in preparation for 2011, the new staff bring a wealth of knowledge from digital, marketing and customer service backgrounds, says the company. Working with customers across account management, support services and production disciplines, the new hires will be focused on helping customers improve their digital marketing campaigns.

Henry Hyder-Smith, Adestra’s Managing Director, comments: “At Adestra, our clients are our lifeblood and we strive to provide them with the best support possible, working together in partnership to make their email marketing better.  To achieve this all of our staff are chosen from the online industry and have direct customer service experience.”
