Air Business extends ISO Certifications

Air Business Group, the global mail, distribution, fulfilment and subscriptions management bureau has achieved the highest level of internationally recognised quality and environmental standards ISO9001 and ISO14001 for their second operational site in Witney, Oxfordshire.

This follows the certification of both standards for their main operational site and headquarters in St Albans in 2014.

The British Standards Institution (BSi) states that certification is an internationally recognised mark that represents commitment to excellence, quality, reliability and continual improvement.

Adam Sherman, group managing director, commented: “Having invested into the official and very demanding ISO certification for our headquarters in St Albans, we are delighted to have also achieved certification for Quality Management and Environmental Management at our second operational site in Witney. We pride ourselves on our robust internal processes and being able to offer our clients a full disaster recovery contingency.

Air Business clients have always been welcome to drop in at any time and have left feeling impressed with how our sites operate. Achieving ISO9001 and ISO14001 certifications confirms that we work to the same high standards throughout our operations. We are now committed to reducing our carbon footprint and achieving ISO50001 across the whole Group.”

These internationally recognised standards highlight that Air Business Group offers its clients the highest quality service as standard, as well as meeting their environmental commitments, says the company.
