Archant and Zoopla team up for Regional Guide Content

Archant, the local media company, has announced an exclusive content partnership with Zoopla, the property website.

The year-long partnership sees Archant’s content agency Dialogue create content for a ‘Living In’ series for Zoopla, looking at the different facets of living in a number of parts of the UK. The content includes a guide to where to live in each area depending on information such as schools and employment, as well as property types. It also offers true local insight on key discussion points in the area, based on regional knowledge, says Archant.

The content will cover locations across the UK including areas such as Kent, Edinburgh, Greater Manchester, London, West Yorkshire, West Midlands, Lancashire, Essex and Merseyside.

The partnership will also see a Zoopla branded search widget appear on all of Archant’s Homes 24 websites newspaper and Life and County magazine titles.

Craig Nayman, Chief Commercial Officer, Archant, said: “We pride ourselves on our strong relationships with consumers, as we sit right at the heart of communities throughout the UK. This puts us in the best possible position to create this content for Zoopla, as well as providing a platform for them to reach with our highly engaged audience through our own media brands. It’s a great example of how we can take this regional expertise and create an innovative way for partners to benefit.”

Gareth Helm, Chief Marketing Officer, ZPG, said: “We’ve worked with Archant for a number of years now and content creation is a natural addition to the existing partnership. Archant’s knowledge of local communities ensures that the content created is informative and relevant and truly benefits our users across the Zoopla site.”
