Atex strengthens its team with new key appointment

Atex has appointed Adrian Pike as Global Vice President of Partners and Marketing, with immediate effect.

The appointment follows rapid growth of the business as a leading software company selling solutions for media-rich industries and will support further expansion into the digital marketplace, says the company.

The role combines Adrian’s previous responsibility of leading Atex’s partner and managed services strategy, with the global marketing function. Within these three core areas of the business, Adrian’s responsibilities will include:

• Defining and evolving the global strategy and execution for the Atex partner programme, for referral, reseller, implementation, training and technology partners

• Leading and implementing the global managed services strategy and agreeing targets with all business units to spearhead Atex’s growth

• Leading the global marketing team and full marketing mix – from events, to sales and lead generation campaigns and analyst relations. Adrian will be instrumental in defining an effective strategy and building a team that will positively impact the growth of Atex in new and existing vertical markets

Adrian (pictured) has 18 years’ experience in the technology and computer software industries, and is skilled in executing on and offline marketing campaigns and business development, from generating new leads, to developing corporate strategies.

Jim Rose, Atex Group CEO, comments: “This is a very important role for Atex and critical for our business moving forward. Adrian has already laid strong foundations for our growth and I am confident that he will continue to propel our global business forward.”
