Bauer Media appoints Digital Commercial Director

Bauer Media announced on Friday, the appointment of Victoria Foster as Digital Commercial Director.

The appointment comes on the back of significant growth in digital revenue and opportunities for clients across Bauer’s media portfolio, says Bauer, and follows the recent launch of Adventure, Bauer’s new cultural creative agency.

Victoria brings extensive digital experience to the role, with over a decade of digital-first roles within ad networks, publishers and media agencies, most recently at Northern & Shell where she worked on the publisher’s digital proposition and structure. Previously, she has worked within the digital arms of businesses including Mindshare Worldwide, Auto Trader, Mindshare UK and MediaIQ. Reporting to Richard Dunmall, Group Managing Director, Advertising, her focus will be to continue Bauer’s development of exciting new digital opportunities for clients, such as InStream, which has brought targeted premium audio advertising and branded content around a seamless multi-platform experience across app and web to Absolute Radio advertisers. She will help shape Bauer’s digital monetisation strategy working closely with Bauer's UK Digital Product and Development Teams, ensuring advertiser demand is at the centre of business strategy.
