Cedar Hong Kong launches Fashion Statement

Cedar Hong Kong launches Fashion Statement, a new online magazine for Asia’s Hollywood glamour-inspired luxury retail destination, The Boulevard at Studio City, Macau.

Following a successful tender in October 2015, Cedar Hong Kong was appointed by Taubman Asia, a subsidiary of Taubman Centers, Inc, as its exclusive content partner for the new digital fashion platform.

The appointment has seen Cedar commission and curate all content within the site, which is designed to showcase the “unique, immersive retail experience” at The Boulevard at Studio City; a leading component of the cinematic inspired entertainment and leisure resort destination, Studio City, Macau.

Fashion Statement aims to be Asia’s new, go-to destination for the style-savvy shopper. Its mix of content includes celebrity interviews with style trailblazers such as supermodel Lu Yan; regular columns from a host of key opinion leaders and bloggers from Asia and beyond, including Cindiddy, Leaf Greener and The Marginalist; stunning fashion shoots; inspirational style insider videos from Cindiddy such as ‘one piece three ways’ and her pick of this season’s key pieces; beauty insider tips and how-tos; and, of course, exclusive products available only at The Boulevard at Studio City, says Cedar Hong Kong.

Appealing to both men and women, the mobile optimised site also covers a range of lifestyle topics beyond fashion, from entertainment to travel, design and culture.

First-time visitors to Fashion Statement are invited to sign up for regular content updates – which will also be created by Cedar – so they can stay on the pulse with the latest trends and looks.

Taubman Asia is the newest client addition to the Cedar Hong Kong portfolio. Cedar launched its 34-strong Hong Kong office in April 2015 when it was appointed to create all content for Cathay Pacific’s inflight portfolio, including Discovery magazine.
