Daisy Auger-Domínguez joins VICE Media Group as Chief People Officer

VICE Media Group CEO Nancy Dubuc last week announced the company is adding Daisy Auger-Domínguez to its leadership team in the role of Chief People Officer.

Auger-Domínguez will lead VICE Media Group’s global human resources organization, including its workforce strategy, talent acquisition and development, diversity and inclusion as well as employee engagement. 

Based in Brooklyn and reporting to Dubuc, she will oversee all aspects of VMG’s HR functions globally, supporting its workforce throughout 35 cities worldwide. Additionally, as a member of VMG’s executive leadership team, she will lead strategic company initiatives to ensure VMG continues to foster an inclusive and diverse culture that attracts, grows and retains the best and the brightest, says the company.

Auger-Domínguez brings more than two decades of experience in leading large-scale, global teams in organizational effectiveness, talent acquisition and development, and HR transformation at major companies including Viacom, Google, Disney ABC TV, Time Warner and Moody’s. Most recently she was an independent consultant advising senior leaders and board members across Fortune 500 companies, startups and social impact organisations. During her combined industry and consulting tenure, says VICE Media, Auger-Domínguez led global engagements across multiple industries including entertainment, technology, media and financial services.

Daisy’s role will begin officially on Tuesday, May 12.
