ESco has just completed the migration of five brands from another bureau to ESco’s own subscription team for Emap Publishing.

Emap completes move of five brands to ESco
Robin Booth: ““Everything we were told to expect from ESco we have seen.”

The move includes Constructions News, New Civil Engineer, Ground Engineering, Nursing Times and Local Government.

The move was meticulously planned and executed minimising any disruption to the subscribers and the ability for Emap to continue with the business of growing subscription revenues, says ESco.

As part of the move, Emap chose to review all their subscriber messaging and processes from the ground up to ensure they were in a strong position to grow subscriptions in the future.

Emap is using ESco’s full subscription service including Customer Services, eCommerce, Renewals and Account Management.

Commenting on the move to ESco, Robin Booth MD said: “In an era when subscribers rightly demand instant content access, exceptional customer service and outstanding user experience we were delighted to select ESco as our subscriptions partner to ensure five Emap brands meet those high standards. ESco stood out in our supplier selection process for their customer focus, deep understanding of publishing and subscriptions and desire to partner with their clients not just supply their clients. I am delighted that we have now completed the highly complex migration of some large and well-known brands exactly on schedule and budget – Constructions News, New Civil Engineer, Ground Engineering, Nursing Times and Local Government.

“Everything we were told to expect from ESco we have seen. Their attention to detail and understanding of complex data has been outstanding. The service for our valuable customers is now to the very high standard we desired. We have already been able to achieve a range of product and experience improvements for our customers in just the first few months of working with ESco. I am very excited about what our work with ESco will enable us to deliver for our subscribers in the coming months and years.”
