Empire partners with Lucasfilm and Hasbro

Bauer Media’s movie magazine Empire has partnered with Lucasfilm and multi-national toy maker Hasbro to unveil the second in its series of four exclusive Star Wars issues.

The January issue of Empire, on sale on Thursday 26 November, will publish six collectable 3D covers showcasing characters from Star Wars: The Force Awakens.

The six covers will feature Rey & BB-8, Finn, Kylo Ren, Poe Dameron, Captain Phasma and Han Solo & Chewbacca.

In addition, Empire has agreed a partnership with Hasbro to produce 4,500 limited edition issues covermounted with a Star Wars: The Force Awakens figure of Kylo Ren. The issue will be priced at £11.99 and available exclusively through retail partner, Sainsbury’s.
