Michael Heseltine (pictured) will relinquish his role as executive chairman in January 2010 and Rupert Heseltine will replace him as executive chairman.
Michael will continue in his role as chairman of the overall Haymarket Group; at the same time Alan Kemp will relinquish his post as business development director and continue as a non-executive director on the Group Board.
William Pecover is the managing director of North and South America.
Kevin Costello will assume responsibility as group managing director for all UK businesses, as well as India, Australia, Germany and Hong Kong.
Both managing directors will report to the executive chairman, Rupert Heseltine.
Rupert Heseltine said: “I am thrilled to accept the role of executive chairman.
