FHM partners with StanJames.com for World Cup

Bauer Media's men's lifestyle brand FHM has secured an exclusive partnership with betting website StanJames.com, through Media Agency Village Green, timed to coincide with this summer's World Cup.

The July issue will run a special cover gatefold, a unique advertorial position introducing readers to the FHM and Stan James partnership.

The activity also features a four-page spread, which will guide FHM readers to the best football bets this Summer, and sponsorship of FHM's Alternative World Cup Fan's Guide packed full of everything young men need to enjoy sport's greatest tournament - including a series of 'BET of the Day' spots integrated into the Guide advising on the StanJames.com best bets for first round matches.

StanJames.com will also benefit from a further presence across display pages in the guide and on FHM.com.

The deal was brokered between Stan James, Village Green and Bauer Media's Men's Creative Solutions team. The four-week campaign kicks off from 3 June to coincide with the July issue hitting newsstands.

The July issue of the monthly features model and actress Kelly Brook, who was flown to South Africa for an exclusive photo shoot in which she shows her allegiance to England by appearing with three lions.

The same issue also incorporates FHM Bionic, the biannual health and fitness spin off, successfully reintroduced, says Bauer, back into the brand’s portfolio 18 months ago to tap into FHM's broad base of active young men. Bionic coverstars England midfielders Steven Gerrard and Frank Lampard and includes an exclusive interview with England defender Ashley Cole.
