FreeFeatures, a recently re-launched service, says it aims to help media owners in the UK who have been limited in their ability to create new content because of coronavirus restrictions and furlough.

FreeFeatures returns to help publishers through pandemic
Janet Kelly: “The need for good quality content has been growing through the pandemic.”

www.freefeatures.co.uk has been regenerated this year with new backers and a new website. It has responded to a recent surge in need by supplying a range of editorial features instantly and without charge - allowing publishers to download last minute or 'filler' content as and when they need it.

“The service has definitely been a life saver,” said Martin Quince, CEO of Rosetta Publishing who added it has been hard to go about business as normal but being able to download content as and when needed has made a huge difference to achieving his editorial commitments.

FreeFeatures allows publications access to a range of content from consumer features, recipes, film reviews, business articles and more. It can be accessed by any UK media including national and regional newspapers, magazines, websites, mobile media and bloggers with all material available in both print and digital versions.

The CEO of Free Features Ltd, Janet Kelly, said: “The need for good quality content has been growing through the pandemic because of the numbers of people on furlough and general business being slow. We have had many requests for specific content which we have been able to supply and we are delighted to have been able to meet so many publishers' needs in this difficult time.”
