Global Media Hub opens New York Office

Global Media Hub has announced the opening of a New York office, just one year after the launch of the business.

“The addition of our new US office will strengthen our publisher offer stateside. This US presence will allow greater access to our placement network in North America, which includes hotels, airport lounges, corporate venues, spas and ski resorts amongst others” says Managing Director Stephanie Hyde. “We are very excited by this next chapter in the development of our business as the free sector is very much in its infancy in the US. There is clear interest amongst publishers to develop their audiences via our comprehensive network.”

Dale Oehler is Global Media Hub’s man on the ground, and boasts over 30 years’ experience in publishing at Time Inc managing both US and global circulation. “Dale offers a wealth of experience and contacts, and is a fantastic addition to the team,” says Stephanie.

Dale commented, “I have known Stephanie for a long time and have always admired her energy and passion for the publishing business. I look forward to putting my experience and knowledge of this industry to work in the US to expand Global Media Hub’s reach. It’s a timely and exciting business model given the flux of the publishing industry and the desire by publishers to more effectively reach and engage with their targeted audience.”

Global Media Hub now deal with domestic publications in the US as well as exporting titles from the UK to this market. The business offers competitive freight rates, making the US a viable opportunity for publishers looking to expand their global reach. Publishers can develop their current circulation by taking advantage of Global Media Hub’s range of bespoke services including strategic placement across the globe, creative brand to hand activity, and visibility around key world events, says Global Media Hub.
