Gold Key Media to sponsor Receptionist of the Year Award

Gold Key Media were yesterday announced as the 2017 Sponsors of the David Campbell, Worldwide Hotel Receptionist of the Year Award.

Chris Horn, Managing Director and founder of Gold Key Media stated: “We’re absolutely delighted and honoured to be the sponsors of the highly coveted and world renowned David Campbell, Receptionist of Year Trophy. We have been involved with the AICR for over 10 years, and became Platinum Sponsors 4 years ago. This new arrangement is a testament to how much we value their support and our relationship with them.”

“The receptionists that reach the finals of this annual event are truly inspirational. They work to incredibly high standards, and set the bar for customer service across the sector. This process helps to give the individual global recognition, and demonstrates how the hotel industry puts significant investment into its employees’ development, and shows that hospitality is a positive career option for many ambitious school leavers and graduates,” Chris added.

Darin Davies MIH International President AICR and Director of Rooms Marriott Marquis City Centre, Doha stated; “The partnership that we enjoy with Gold Key Media is extremely valuable for AICR International. As an association, we pride ourselves on the value and sincerity of the professional relationships that we create between our members and our partners. We strive for excellence as hospitality professionals, particularly around the level of service we offer our guests as hoteliers.”

“These principles are shared by the Gold Key Media team, in their crafted and bespoke approach to creating media packages for the guests in our hotels and the personal relationship they establish as suppliers with hotels. This makes Gold Key Media the ideal named partners for the coveted David Campbell Trophy, which recognizes the pinnacle of excellence and service in the best Receptionist of The Year annually. It is a relationship we hope will grow from strength to strength,” Darin concluded.
