Grazia strengthens editorial team

Grazia yesterday announced two senior appointments in its editorial team.

Emma Rowley and Jessica Barrett have been appointed Assistant Editors. In their new positions, Emma will oversee features and Jessica will oversee news and video.

Emma was previously acting Assistant Editor at Grazia. Prior to that she was Assistant Editor on the Daily Mail’s Inspire section and has also worked on the features desks of the Daily Mail and Daily Telegraph.

Jessica is a writer, editor and columnist who has spent the last 15 years working at national newspapers and magazines, writing a daily column in the i for five years until 2019. Her work has featured in titles such as the Daily Telegraph, Vogue.co.uk, Mail on Sunday, Evening Standard, Refinery29 and the Guardian.

Commenting on the appointments, Grazia Editor Hattie Brett said: “I’m delighted to have Emma and Jessica on board, to help drive Grazia forward into further successes in 2021. With their solid experience and insight into Grazia’s ABC1 woman, I know they’ll create talking point moments in print and across digital, video and social that really inspire, inform and entertain our audience.”
