Greg (pictured) returns to NME from the BBC where, from 2008, he was music reporter for Radio 1’s news programme. Prior to his role at Radio 1, Greg was a section editor at NME. He was also previously a contributor for outlets including the Guardian Guide and PA.
NME editor Mike Williams says: “Greg is an incredibly talented music journalist, broadcaster and editor with a wealth of cross-platform experience, working online, in print, on radio, video and social media. The standard of candidates was incredibly high, but Greg stood out for his clearly-defined vision, enthusiasm and in-depth knowledge of the NME brand. I'm honoured to be able to recruit someone of Greg's calibre onto the NME team, and can't wait to start working with him on defining the long term future of NME.
