Immediate Media Co has announced a proposal to integrate Hubert Burda Media UK (HBUK) into its Bristol business.

Hubert Burda Media UK publish four home interior brands: monthly consumer brands, HomeStyle and Your Home, specialist homes title Essential Kitchen Bathroom Bedroom (EKBB) and kitchen and bathroom trade title, Essential Kitchen & Bathroom Business (EKBBusiness). It also publishes two websites: kbbdaily.com, an online hub for kitchen and bathroom suppliers, and KBBArk.com, which connects homeowners with kitchen, bathroom and bedroom design professionals.

Immediate have been owned by HBUK’s parent company Hubert Burda Media since 2017. The proposal will see the production of the HBUK brands transfer to Immediate’s Bristol office where they will become part of its Bristol Specialist portfolio, with titles including Immediate’s existing homes and interior brand, Homes & Antiques.
