Jason Miles appointed CFO of Condé Nast International

Jason Miles has been appointed Chief Financial Officer of Condé Nast International, effective immediately, it was announced on Friday by Jonathan Newhouse, Chairman and Chief Executive.

Miles was previously Director of Finance and Strategy, a post to which he was appointed last January. Earlier he had been Director of Planning. As CFO, he will have oversight and responsibility for the organisation’s financial reporting, forecasting and planning activities. He will be based in Condé Nast International’s London headquarters.

In making the appointment, Newhouse cited Miles’ “indispensable contribution” and praised him for “professionalism, insight, tireless hard work and fairness.” Miles joined the company in 2001 as a financial analyst.
