The proposed acquisition will now be subject to a 40 working-day investigative process by the OFT. Staff in both organisations have been briefed on the proposed acquisition.

KM Group makes formal submission to the OFT
The KM Group has announced that it is making a formal submission to the Office of Fair Trading (OFT) informing them of its intention to acquire the seven newspaper titles currently owned by Kent Regional News and Media (KRNM).
