Launch: Aviation History

Aviation History, a new alternate monthly title about flying history, goes on sale 8 November, priced £3.75.

According to distributors COMAG: “Aimed at aviation enthusiasts of all ages and backgrounds, Aviation History is a new magazine offering the most comprehensive, authoritative and in-depth coverage of the history of world aviation that define man’s attempt to conquer flight.

From the first flight by the Wright Brothers in 1903 to the newly launched Boeing 787 Dreamliner, by way of Vostok 1 and the Space Shuttle, as well as everything between.

Each issue will provide keen insights and exciting stories about the people, planes and technological advances that comprise the rich history of man’s attempts to fly, from some of the leading writers and researchers on the subject.
