Launch: Where Junior

MVP London in March announced the launch of a new magazine, Where Junior. This will sit alongside Where London magazine as a guide to the capital for children aged 7-12.

Launch: Where Junior
Stewart Dymock: “As a father of three I know how important it is for children to have access to safe and trusted content.”

The magazine will have a distribution of 50k across central London’s most family-friendly 4 and 5 star hotels, say the publishers. The publication dates will coincide with the peak family times of pre-Easter, pre-summer holidays and Christmas.

Editor Kohinoor Sahota says: “Where Junior covers the most exciting events for children in the capital. Meet the kids who are running the show, from Kidz Bop to West End stars. Are you brave enough? We dare kids to try the scariest sights – swim with sharks at SEA Life, whizz down the slide at the ArcelorMittal Orbit or meet Jack the Ripper at the London Bridge Experience. Can you hack it? Yes, you can! How to Hack London shows kids how they can have a dream trip and be the envy of their friends, from getting a selfie with a celebrity to enjoying the ultimate birthday party at Hamleys. With quizzes, puzzles and colouring in, there is plenty to stop kids from saying the two words that every parent dreads: ‘I’m bored’.”

“With our friendly mascot, Piccadilly Pigeon, guiding kids through the magazine and the capital, they’ll have a new best friend in the city.”

Publishing Director Stewart Dymock says: “I’m really pleased to announce the launch of yet another innovation from MVP in this very exciting market. As a father of three I know how important it is for children to have access to safe and trusted content. The team are really passionate about this product and I’m very proud of what will be a unique children’s guide to this amazing city.”
