Men's Health forms partnership with Maxinutrition

Men's Health form partnership with Maxinutrition to launch Total Body Workout Challenge.

Men's Health, the men's lifestyle brand, has forged a partnership with sports nutrition brand, MaxiNutrition. The 24 week partnership will feature MaxiNutrition ambassadors George North, Amir Khan and Jenson Button.

The Total Body Challenge is built around a new workout programme, showcased on an interactive digital platform here. The project has been developed by the Men's Health digital team and supported by MaxiNutrition's professional sports training and nutrition knowledge. Featuring six four-week challenges, designed by personal trainer Sean Lerwill in collaboration with MaxiNutrition, The Total Body Challenge provides everything readers need to overhaul both their fitness and their physique.

All of the workout plans are accessible across desktop, tablet and mobile and feature video form guides for every exercise as well as an introduction from the athlete who helped create the challenge. The challenges include Upgrading Your Sports Performance, with England captain Chris Robshaw, The Body Weight Core Challenge with F1 World Champion Jenson Button and Get Fighting Fit, with Amir Khan.

In addition, tailored nutrition and supplement plans, a work out calendar and progress tracker are provided for every reader who signs up. Access to the Men's Health online Personal Trainer Tool (RRP £21.95 per annum) is also available, along with discounts on bespoke MaxiNutrition supplement bundles.
