PCS announce changes to Board of Directors

PCS, the publishing software developer, has announced a number of changes to its board of directors.

Edward Graham has been appointed Chairman of PCS to succeed Graham Evers who retires after 19 years. Sean Briggs has joined the company as a non-executive director to succeed David Miller, who has also retired.

Edward Graham, who has served on the Board for five years, is a member of the Graham family who own the Claverley Group, which comprises of PCS, along with MNA Media, Precision Colour Printing and Guiton Group. Mr Evers continues as Chairman of the Claverley Group.

Sean has been working with PCS for three years as an independent workflow and publishing consultant. He brings with him a wealth of experience from the magazine sector, most significantly heading up publishing systems and workflows at Hearst Magazines UK.
