Expanding the team is in direct response to growing demand for Knowledge Publish from customers such as Iliffe Media Group, as well as a number of new business wins, says PCS.
Mike, 28, from near Dudley joins the PCS team from the Linnaeus Group where he was IT Support Engineer. He enjoys sports, especially football and F1, and is heading to Mexico next year to get married. Mike comments, “I will be putting my customer support experience to good use in this new role. However, I am particularly looking forward to working with customers old and new to discuss the benefits of a content first workflow anytime, anywhere.”
Earlier this year, Iliffe Media Group announced it was replacing all key systems with the Knowledge Portfolio of solutions, including Knowledge Publish.
