PPA chooses Air Business as Strategic Partner for second year

Almost a year on since signing their original strategic partnership deal, Air Business and the PPA are coming together this April to strengthen their ties and continue to build on what they both say has been a highly productive relationship.

“To receive consecutive selections like this makes me very proud and I am confident we can add further value to the PPA members in 2011,” said Adam Sherman (pictured), Air Business group managing director.

Since becoming the PPA’s strategic partner, Air Business has been an extremely active, visible supporter, sponsoring important publishing industry events such as the PPA Annual conference, Customer Direct awards, IPAC, PTC New Journalist of the Year, Marcus Morris Awards in addition to sponsoring individual accolades at the prestigious PPA awards. In late December of last year Air Business also acted as host and the sole sponsor of the PPA’s annual ‘Chairman’s Reception’, an exclusive networking event for the publishing industry’s senior executives and the platform for the prestigious ‘Chairman’s award’.

When asked to evaluate the first year of the partnership Barry McIlheney, PPA CEO had this to say: “I think it went really well… It’s a two way thing, that old cliché ‘you get out what you put in’. Air Business is a very active partner; they have put a lot into the relationship and have derived commensurate benefits. Air Business has been involved in everything to do with the PPA. I think it has been a great year for PPA and Air Business and I am sure the best is still to come.”
