Quadrant Premium E-communications Services Extended

Until now the premium e-communications service from Quadrant, part of the Air Business Group, has been restricted to their subscription management client base.

Following the substantial investment into core systems development, their e-communications service is now available to the wider market, irrespective of being a Quadrant client, and is the first of many technological developments to be rolled out.

As publishing customers are ready to engage with email communication - publishing has the seventh highest level of customer engagement with email campaigns, recording a click-to-open rate of 12.54% - targeted messaging is vital to cut through email chatter and make under-pressure marketing budgets go further, says Quadrant. In the last year the overall open rate for email campaigns, across all sectors, rose by 6.5% indicating that email is still a rising marketing communication channel. With mobile views pushing engagement in all sectors it has never been more essential to ensure campaigns are high quality and mobile optimized.

This service is built on expertise honed through managing 12 million customer emails each year. As part of the Air Business Group, Quadrant’s marketing and digital services contribute to an end to end solution for publishing and many other sectors. This completely managed service, across SMS and email communications, delivers transparent results through a dedicated team.

Verified across all major clients, initial strategy, tailored mobile-responsive design and templates ensure maximum reach and interaction. Quadrant tests, schedules and integrates WC3 compliant campaigns, with existing sub-domains for effective delivery and reporting, whether the message is about renewals, invoices, a customer’s account or a marketing communication.

Duncan Taylor, IT development director at Quadrant, comments: “As subscriber preferences change, in a rapidly developing industry, we make sure our clients’ methods of communicating keep up with them. Our e-communication service simplifies this process for our clients allowing them to achieve their business goals.

“In effect, our service will let clients punch above their weight. By keeping on top of trends and innovations and using our experience, gained from managing campaigns for the likes of The Economist and Reed Business Information, our service delivers the highest quality and measurable returns for clients regardless of size or sector.”

Christine Hadley, renewals marketing manager at The Economist, who already uses the service, adds: “The Economist sends over two million emails a year so all email project work needs to be of the highest quality. Air Business understands the high standards that our company has and is most efficient in delivering well within time limits.”
