Emmy-winning actor, musician, director, writer and activist, Riz Ahmed, has been appointed as a Contributing Editor for British Vogue.

Reporting directly into Editor-in-Chief, Edward Enninful, Riz’s first essay as a Contributing Editor is featured in the ‘Activism Now’ September issue of British Vogue.

As a passionate artist who has exemplified his commitment to helping reshape society, Riz will be championing the conversations that are needed to move towards a positive future, say the publishers.

Riz Ahmed says, “I am delighted to be joining British Vogue as a Contributing Editor. I’m excited to be a part of the change that Edward Enninful and British Vogue are making to our culture, at this pivotal moment."

The ‘Activism Now’ September issue of Vogue will be available on newsstands and via digital download on Friday 7th August.
