Trinity Mirror makes senior HR appointment

Trinity Mirror has announced the appointment of Rachel Stock to the newly-created role of Group HR Director.

Rachel joins the business in January 2015 and will take responsibility for the group’s HR function. Rachel will report directly to Chief Executive Simon Fox.

Simon said: “I am delighted that we have attracted somebody of Rachel’s calibre to this key new role. Rachel is currently HR Director for Hearst Corporation (Hearst Magazines UK), and previously she worked as the BBC’s HR Director, News and Audio Music and before that at Random House in a variety of senior HR roles.
