An audience of 260 guests representing the breadth of newspaper and magazine publishing, distribution and retailing was entertained by Greg Burns. The ceremony proved one of the best yet, said ACE, and guests celebrated late into the evening dancing to the sounds of DJ John Jones.
ACE General Manager Mark Farris commented, “the standard of entries this year proved extremely strong and we were encouraged by the initiative and effort made. Our judging panel remarked that deciding the final winner across the majority of the categories proved extremely challenging.”
Chair Charlotte Macleod said, “I would like to congratulate everyone who has participated in the ACE Press Awards this year. The leadership, passion and commitment demonstrated is a real credit to the newspaper and magazine industry and I know that the participants achievements will impress and inspire others.”
