British Airways distributes High Life magazine across London and the South East

Today, for the first time ever, British Airways ambassadors will be distributing a special issue of High Life to commuters in the South East of England, for a taste of blue skies on the way to work

Copies will be distributed at six selected train stations across London and the South East of England, to morning and evening commuters. As well as travel news and features, this special issue includes exclusive reader offers and discounts – offering savings on British Airways flights. In another first, this issue of the magazine focuses solely on the airline’s European destinations, says BA.

Drawing on a brand heritage steeped in British tradition, the magazine will be distributed by ambassadors dressed in full British Airways cabin crew uniform, who will also be able to provide commuters with further information about booking and travelling with British Airways.

Commenting on the new venture, Sara Dunham, British Airways' head of marketing, retail and direct said: “This special issue for commuters really is an exciting move for us. It’s a wonderful opportunity to offer our travel content beyond the plane and to connect with new audiences about BA’s extensive network in Europe and diverse product range.”

High Life editor Kerry Smith said: “High Life was established more than 40 years ago and we’re proud of its reputation as a leading inflight magazine, with original, credible editorial that informs and entertains. To have this opportunity to reach commuters on the ground, as well as our readers on planes and in BA lounges, is fantastic.”

In addition to this special issue, the September issue of High Life is available now on all British Airways flights.
