Circdata creates data cloud for Mash Media

Circdata and Mash Media recently signed a major £65K data services deal at Publishing Expo 2011.

Circdata is the company behind the Fusion system, used by publishers and events management companies to “seize control” of their audience interactions. Mash Media publishes magazines and directories for the event, exhibition, meetings and conference sectors.

Mash Media are interacting with customers and using data in increasingly sophisticated ways. Circdata is transforming the publisher’s database into a flexible ‘cloud’ of information that will enhance how Mash Media manages its audience.

“Circdata supply our audience management and email broadcasting tools. We asked Circdata to build our new data ‘cloud’ as they have an intimate understanding of our business and their customer support is second to none.”

Circdata Managing Director James Ormiston (pictured) says: “We’ve been providing services to Mash Media for a number of years but felt that the Publishing Expo 2011 event was the ideal venue to announce the next stage in our business partnership. We’ll be migrating all of Mash Media’s subscriptions, marketing and directory content into a single, cohesive database within the Circdata Fusion system and supporting them with email broadcasts using our web-based Dynamail marketing application.”
