Haymarket appoints Business Development Director

Haymarket Consumer Media - home to What Car?, Autocar and PistonHeads - has appointed Georgia Coles as the new Business Development Director, Automotive Creative Solutions.

Coles will join the team on June 24th reporting to Rachael Prasher, Brand Director of What Car? and Autocar.

Georgia will be working with high-profile clients across the motoring sector, selling native creative solutions. Past and current clients include BMW, Ford, Dunlop and Jaguar.

In her previous role, Georgia headed up the automotive sector at the Daily Mail Group, having cemented her reputation running the category at the Guardian for 12 years.

Coles also has over 20 years experience managing client direct relationships for companies that include EMAP, Reader’s Digest, The National Magazine Company and Columbia TriStar, encompassing PR, international sales and distribution sales roles.

Of her new role Georgia said: “This feels like a natural progression in my career and further underlines my commitment to the automotive industry. It’s a fantastic time to be joining Haymarket and I relish the opportunity to work on such significant brands in the sector.
