Lonely Planet Magazine launches in Korea

BBC Magazines brings Lonely Planet Magazine to Korea, making it the eighth international edition of the publication since its launch in the UK in 2008.

Lonely Planet Magazine Korea is published by Ahn Graphics, a publisher specialising in travel and design - and which also publishes Lonely Planet guidebooks in Korean.

The first issue of Lonely Planet Magazine Korea went on sale on 25 February 2011, with a 10,000 print run and a cover price of 7, 000 Korean won (approximately £3.85 GBP). The editor of the Korean version is Taewoo Hur.
