New bureau launches

This week, the FIPP World Magazine Congress witnesses the launch of dsb.net, what is claimed to be a "next generation" subscription fulfilment bureau.

Backed by dsb AG, a specialist IT partner for magazine publishers and fulfilment bureau, dsb.net aims to deliver truly innovative subscription and product marketing solutions.

Angus Chenevix Trench (pictured), dsb.net Managing Director commented; "For years, publishers have watched other customer oriented industries exploit the opportunities of new technology in customer management and adapt to changing consumer behaviour.  With our modern software architecture and application flexibility, publishers will now be able to experience technology driven subscription marketing, customer loyalty initiatives and cost savings through substantial administrative efficiency.  I am very happy that Ann Williams, founder of Tower Publishing Services, latterly CDS Global, has agreed to join us as CEO."

The core applications managed by dsb.net provide subscription management, mail order and event management and, says dsb.net, have a real-time ‘single customer view’ across all transactions.  Organisations that want to retain an in-house customer management operation can still benefit from the dsb software applications, using “Software as a Service”.

dsb.net are attending the FIPP Exhibition on Stand 23.
