Julie Jones: “We believe there is a gap in the market for an educational, fact-based title aimed at children who are just learning to read.”

Redan is known for its Fun To Learn portfolio of licensed pre-school titles which includes FTL Peppa Pig, FTL Friends and FTL Favourites magazines. I Know! marks a new development for the publisher, with content based entirely around non-licensed themes, that reflect the core subjects of the Early Years and Key Stage 1 school curriculum.

The gender neutral title is aimed at children from reception to Year 2 and is, say the publishers, full of fascinating facts, activities, crafts, recipes, competitions and jokes, all based around core, STEAM, school subjects like Science, Engineering and Maths.

As well as being sold at newsstand, I Know! will also be available on subscription, without a covermount gift, to individuals and schools.

Julie Jones MD said: “I know! is an exciting new venture for us. Creating a non-licensed magazine, that’s sold on subscription as well as at newsstand and is aimed at schools as well individuals, really adds a fresh challenge to this launch.”

“We believe there is a gap in the market for an educational, fact-based title aimed at children who are just learning to read. With our wealth of experience in creating content for very early learners, we feel confident we’ve put together a product that will delight children and both their parents and teachers.”

I know! magazine launched on 24th July 2019 and is available at retailers as well as on subscription from www.iknowmagazine.co.uk
