Condé Nast International Restaurants has partnered with PACE Development and Fourteen Points to launch Vogue Lounge Bangkok, which opens for service this Saturday 15th November.

The Lounge is located on the sixth floor of the new and highly anticipated MahaNakhon CUBE building in Bangkok.

“We are delighted to be working together with PACE Development and Fourteen Points in Bangkok to launch our first establishment in Asia,” commented Gary Robinson, Director of Condé Nast International Restaurants. “Vogue Lounge will bring the style and sophistication of Vogue to life in the most vibrant and exciting hospitality space the Thai capital has to offer. The thought and care that has gone into every element of Vogue Lounge Bangkok, from the interiors to the menu and classically revisited cocktail selection, ensures our guests are in for a spectacular experience.”

Mr Sorapoj Techakraisri, CEO, PACE Development and Director of Fourteen Points Co Ltd remarked, “We are very excited to see Vogue Lounge ready to open. Bangkok is fast being recognized as a truly global dining destination, and Vogue Lounge will set a new standard of quality and sophistication here in the city of Angels.”

Vogue Lounge features a 515m2 space, with 50 seats inside and 68 outside on the striking terrace. The sleek décor and overall aesthetic of Vogue Lounge Bangkok has been designed by leading luxury designers David Collins Studio, says Condé Nast. Simon Rawlings, Creative Director of David Collins Studio, commented, “Creating the ultimate lounge required a very carefully chosen and curated set of parameters. Condé Nast and David Collins Studio have worked together to create the vision for VOGUE Lounge. David Collins Studio’s expertise is in delivering the essence of the Vogue brand from a hospitality point of view, to work seamlessly as an all day, all night experience. I am very proud to have been asked to create a concept which is synonymous with Vogue, the world’s most influential fashion magazine.”

Chef Vincent Thierry, Group Corporate Chef for PACE, who holds 3 Michelin stars, is creating the food for Vogue Lounge. Prior to this opening, Thierry was Executive Chef of Caprice at the Four Seasons Hong Kong.

The CUBE building holds a number of other international enterprises, including upscale Manhattan grocery Dean & Deluca, as well as the ninth L’Atelier de Joël Robuchon location in the world. The CUBE is part of the groundbreaking MahaNakhon complex designed by German architect Ole Scheeren which, when completed in 2015, will include the tallest tower in Thailand.

Vogue Lounge Bangkok will be the fourth international outlet for the brand after Moscow, Dubai and Kiev. Condé Nast International Restaurants also license GQ Bar in Dubai, and Tatler Club in Moscow.
