Launch: Walnut

Issue 1 of Walnut, a new independent magazine focusing on health, food and people, went on sale last week.

Husband and wife team, Dermot and Emma Rushe, have combined their talents in graphic design and nutritional therapy to produce what they describe as a “beautiful, meaningful magazine to be enjoyed and collected”.

Walnut is aimed at people interested in health and wellbeing, who love food and care about what they eat, where it comes from and how it affects their body.

Each issue, the magazine features a combination of educational and inspirational health articles, mouth-watering recipes and fascinating stories about the people who champion the best in food production. There’ll also be practical health advice and valuable information from a diverse mix of complementary health experts.

Presented in a clean, contemporary design, with beautiful photography and illustration - it’s a high quality magazine you will want to read, read again, and cherish, say the publishers.
