Newsstand launch: iShoot

iShoot, Blaze Publishing’s monthly shooting magazine, has its newsstand launch on 26 September; cover price - £2.99.

According to distributors COMAG Specialist: Produced by the expert team behind such magazines as Sporting Rifle, Airgun Shooter and Clay Shooting, iShoot was launched as a digital title in 2014.

Now incorporating Modern Gamekeeping magazine and working with the BASC (British Association for Shooting and Conservation) iShoot is launching on the newsstand.

Covering all kinds of live quarry shotgun shooting, from game shooting to pigeon control and rough shooting to wildfowling, iShoot will have news, reviews, interviews and more.

With everything readers need to know about live quarry shotgun shooting (the most popular branch of shooting), iShoot will have features about gamekeeping, working with gundogs and kit reviews, as well as tips and advice for shooters to get the most out of the sport.

Aiming to provide an informative and educational read for everyone interested in live-quarry bird shooting, every issue of iShoot will have contemporary and authoritative accounts of days in the field, along with stories from experts throughout the UK and around the world.

A4 in size and with at least 100 pages in every issue, iShoot will be the definitive guide to anyone interested in the sport, whether they shoot for work or for recreational purposes.

The October issue will have an in-depth feature on wildfowling, covering all aspects of the adventure and adversity on the foreshore when shooting ducks and geese.

Other features in the newsstand launch issue of iShoot include a spotlight on shooting partridge, an essential guide to woodpigeon and the reality of hunting pheasant.
