KM Group relaunches property site

KM Group hopes to be planting the seeds for a new property solution in Kent with the relaunch of its local property website www.kenthomes.co.uk

First launched in summer 2005, as a complement to KM Group’s weekly property supplements, Kent Homes is focused 100% on buyers and tenants looking for property in Kent and Medway. 

It claims to feature Kent's largest property database, with over 10973 properties for sale or to rent through all the main agents across the county.

In addition to straightforward search options (with functions by town, postcode or map) and property alert options, Kent Homes now offers offer relevant local news, reviews and advice to help buyers and tenants looking to move in Kent & Medway.

It's also “packed” with editorial content. There's news on house prices, new developments and legal affairs, information on local schools and jobs and features on specific areas and character properties.
