Mail Metro Media, the commercial home of dmg media, has announced the appointment of Claudine Collins as chief client officer. The business says the new hire marks the latest development in its investment in strategic commercial talent and leadership, and its focus on client partnerships.

Claudine is a non-executive director at The Mission Group plc. In her most recent role as chief client officer at WPP’s EssenceMediacom UK, she was recognised for her devotion to clients, overseeing high-profile brand relationships and shaping modern media strategies in an evolving digital landscape.

Reporting to Mail Metro Media’s Chief Revenue Officer, Dom Williams, Claudine will be responsible for further strengthening client relationships as the UK’s broadcast publisher continues to build on its digital offering through stronger data-driven innovation, product development and focus on 360 partnerships that build momentum for brands.

Dom said: “I couldn’t be happier to have Claudine joining our commercial team. We’ve been industry peers for a long time, and I’ve always admired her partnership and leadership skills, commercial rigour and straightforward client-centric approach. Outside of the advertising industry, Claudine is widely recognised as one of Lord Sugar’s interviewers on BBC’s The Apprentice. She is also a long-standing member of WACL and sits on the corporate board of Cancer Research UK.

Claudine’s appointment comes ahead of Mail Metro Media’s Upfront & Centre event in Manchester this week, where it says it will celebrate recent milestones and future growth plans.
