ESI Live visualises London’s future of food

ESI Live is working with Syngenta to show the resources required and environmental impacts of feeding a growing urban population and the challenges we face in sustainable agriculture.

To do this, ESI’s full-service events team brought an experimental activation to life with a pop up event last week on the internal concourse of King’s Cross station.

The event included:

* 3 x large pop-up infographic walls and soil installation integrated within the walls

* The installation includes a 10m x 5m piece of 3D artwork which re-imagines London taken over by crop fields

* ESI Live worked with Syngenta to grow real sunflowers and wheat crops from seed to integrate within the activation

* Editorial such as DPS in the Evening Standard on the day of the event

Leigh Fergus, MD, ESI Live said: “This project with Syngenta is a proof point of ESI Media’s fast-growing event domain, working with brands to create quality live content. In particular, we see a real opportunity around pop-up experiential activity, both as standalone projects and as part of bespoke cross-platform campaigns which bring together both editorial and event platforms.”
