This month, The Mail on Sunday will launch LIFE, a new 40-page in-paper lifestyle supplement.

Mail on Sunday to launch new lifestyle section

Developed using feedback from readers, this new addition will be packed full of real-life stories, celebrity exclusives, family advice and style trends, with revamped health, travel, homes and gardens, motoring, and food and drink sections – plus four pages of puzzles, say the publishers.

The section brings together new features with existing favourites, including star columnists such as Chris Evans on cars, fitness guru Matt Roberts, Dr Ellie Cannon with her health advice, Tom Parker Bowles’s restaurant column and wine writer Olly Smith.

LIFE will also feature celebrity guest writers including Gordon Ramsay, Penny Lancaster, Jo Wood and Dr Michael Mosley - inventor of the 5:2 diet, offering readers inspirational, tried-and-tested advice on everything from staying in shape to parenting tips and holidays of a lifetime.

Each week, promise the publishers, readers will be given intimate insights into family lives and relationships, the latest developments in health and fitness, and provocative talking points about the way we live today, in one “sparkling and accessible” package.

The Mail on Sunday editor Geordie Greig said: “The Mail on Sunday’s new LIFE section has been designed to help our three million readers live their lives to the full, engaging them with inspiring features and columns that reflect their busy and varied lives.

“We’ve listened to what they want and we’re now bringing some of our best-loved columnists and regular features together with a selection of exciting new elements, all in one freshly-designed pull-out section that will appeal both to our loyal readers and to advertisers.”

LIFE will debut on Sunday 14th Jan and can be found in the middle of the paper, with Sport moving to the back pages, and Event magazine focusing on celebrity interviews, arts and entertainment coverage and TV listings.
