Rebecca Miskin to work with Cosmopolitan

Digital media and product development expert, Rebecca Miskin, is to work with the National Magazine Company to expand the Cosmopolitan brand across all platforms in the UK.

Rebecca (pictured) brings a wealth of experience to the business having just returned from NBC Universal in the US where, as General Manager for iVillage Networks, she was responsible for editorial oversight, product development strategy and maximising partnerships for the company’s core digital sites  -  iVillage.com, the iVillage owned sites Astrology.com and GardenWeb.com and iVillage UK.

During her tenure, she helped grow the largest content driven community for women online from 18m Unique Visitors per month to over 33m, focusing on Beauty & Style, Entertainment, Food, Health, Family & Astrology.

Rebecca began her career in media at Reed Elsevier as Director of Europe, Reed Telemedia, was the first international publisher at IPC Media and set up IPC Media's Content & Licensing division. Rebecca will work closely with Cosmopolitan’s editorial and commercial teams to identify and implement media strategies to expand the brand across multi-media platforms.

NatMag’s Chief Executive, Arnaud de Puyfontaine says:  “I am delighted to have the opportunity to work with Rebecca. The expansion of Cosmopolitan as a multimedia brand is a major focus of our overall business strategy and we are confident that Rebecca's skills and expertise in digital strategy and product development will help take this important and much loved brand to the next level.”

Rebecca says: “I am very excited to be working with such an iconic brand - Cosmopolitan boasts a loyal, networked & engaged audience of young women, an experienced & vibrant creative team and formidable forward thinking commercial partners.”
