You & Your Wedding relaunches website

The bridal magazine website, youandyourwedding.co.uk, has relaunched with a complete redesign and introduction of individual channel homepages.

In addition to the site’s new look, the fashion, beauty, gifts, receptions, honeymoon, planning and real weddings channels have all been updated to closely reflect the personality and brand values of You & Your Wedding magazine.

The changes to the website will enhance and expand the You & Your Wedding reader experience, and reinforce the magazine’s position as a multi-platform brand for advertisers. Both the magazine, which has a circulation of 48,664, and website are edited by Miranda Eason.

youandyourwedding.co.uk has more than 382,588 monthly unique users, viewing three million pages. The website has also seen a dramatic increase in the amount of time users spend browsing the channels, which is now in excess of 14 minutes per user.

You & Your Wedding continues to engage readers online by launching a series of weekly specials including, Mood Board Monday, Real Wedding Wednesday, Fashion Friday and a Winter Wedding Special coming soon.

In March youandyourwedding.co.uk signed a 10 month online partnership with Special K, the My Special K Slimming Club, offering users a fun new way to shape-up for their big day.

Group Publishing Director, Wedding Group, Meribeth Parker says: “The redesigned youandyourwedding.co.uk boasts a multitude of functionalities and planning tools that are essential for any wedding. Aligning the magazine and the website editorially enables us to engage with our readers 24 hours a day, 365 days per year.”

In addition to re-launching the website, You & Your Wedding magazine has also announced changes to its fashion team.

Peta Hunt has a new role as Editor-at-Large and will continue to shoot fashion stories for the magazine.  She will also be responsible for extending editorial brand opportunities and building partnerships within the wedding sector.
