Healthcare Republic Jobs becomes GP Jobs

Healthcare Republic Jobs aims to strengthen its position as a key destination for GPs and primary care professionals looking for a new role, with the announcement of two key developments.

From 7 December, 2010 Healthcare Republic Jobs will be rebranded GP Jobs. The rebranding of the site is important for a number of reasons, says Haymarket.

Firstly it allows job seekers to find the site even more easily and secondly it more clearly defines the range and type of role carried on the site.

The second major development, coinciding with the rebrand, is the completely new design and functionality provided by moving the newly rebranded GP Jobs to the latest version of the Madgex platform.

Building on the existing success of Healthcare Republic Jobs, the rebrand and new design will improve and develop the user experience, for both job seekers looking to work in the general practice and primary care sectors and for recruiters looking for the most effective way to fill their vacancies.

David Griffith, head of recruitment product development at Haymarket, commented “The opportunities that the new platform offers GP Jobs and all of our other specialist job sites allows us to enhance our specialist recruitment business and continue to offer the best online recruitment and job seeking experience. It also clearly demonstrates our continued investment in and development of our specialist online recruitment services”

Simon Conroy, CEO Madgex, added “we are delighted that we have been able to work closely with Haymarket Business Media to develop their online recruitment business.

Our aim is to help job seekers find the best jobs and recruiters to find the best candidates by delivering inspirational and innovative digital recruitment solutions. This is reflected in our development of the user experience, addition of new features, refinement of revenue opportunities that benefit Haymarket and help define their recruitment strategy.”
