Pre-IFRA study tour announced

IFRA is organising a pre-IFRA Expo Study Tour with special focus on successful members of the International Newspaper Color Quality Club. Participants will have the opportunity to see how these companies joined the club and what techniques and technology they applied.

The tour starts in Germany, will follow the Rhine valley, passing through Switzerland and will reach as final destination Vienna in Austria, just in time for IFRA Expo 2009.

A complete programme will be available soon under: www.ifra.com/studytours. Tour starts on 4 October 2009 in Frankfurt/Main and end on 10 October in Vienna.

Rates for participants will include transportation and accommodation between Frankfurt and Vienna, meals including soft drinks, intensive knowledge exchange and a season ticket for the Expo. The tour language will be English.

About the International Newspaper Color Quality Club

IFRA says: "The International Newspaper Color Quality Club is the only worldwide quality printing competition for newspapers. It promotes high-quality, full-colour newspaper production and informs participants in detailed evaluation reports about technical optimisation possibilities.
